Why Automated Medical Claims Was Founded
After spending years working alongside physicians and witnessing the growing administrative and reimbursement challenges facing independent practices, Etta founded Automated Medical Claims with a simple belief:
Physicians deserve a trusted partner who helps them protect revenue while they focus on patient care.
Her healthcare journey began at Children’s Hospital and expanded into leadership, education, revenue cycle operations, and physician consulting.
Over the years, she saw firsthand how reimbursement challenges, payer complexity, and administrative burdens affected independent practices.
That experience inspired the creation of AMC—a company built on relationships, advocacy, communication, and a commitment to helping physicians remain financially healthy and operationally strong.
